As an Associate Director at the Kinneret Group, Brett Hoffman’s core responsibility is assisting tenants in locating the most efficient office or retail space to accommodate all their needs for their respective businesses. As a tenant representative, Brett specializes in negotiating on behalf of the tenants in all commercial dealings to ensure that every aspect of their lease term is upheld, whether they are renewing their lease, expanding in size, or subleasing their own space. Brett’s marketing knowledge and keen focus on identifying new opportunities for tenants plays a key role in the expansion of the company’s scope, potential, and continued development of its highly successful brokerage service.
Prior to joining the Kinneret Group, Brett interned at Meridian Capital, performing due diligence on over 1,500 commercial real estate loan agreements. Brett also enhanced leads management and customer relationship management systems. He has also worked in hotel management for the Empire Hotel Group in Manhattan.
Brett graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he studied Business Management and Communications.
